history of formation and development

set up in 2003 with the business line is industrial park developer in Hai Duong province.

At this moment we have been successfully developing Nam Tai 1 IP with the total area of 17 ha for build up Ready Built Factory (RBF) for lease. We have total 12 investors come from many countries and regions such as Hong Kong, Tai Wan, the USA, Vietnam, Japan, Korea with many business lines such as Electronic, garment, packaging, plastic with total investment is about US$ 31 million while creating more than 6,100 jobs for the Vietnamese people.

Forging close relations with global companies, Nam Tai International Co., Ltd tenants come from 7 countries and territories over the world.

We have target of attracting clean, green and high-tech business, at this moment we already full fill the whole leasing RBF area of Nam Tai 1 IP, continues to the successful of Nam Tai 1 IP, we have plan of expanding our project to the east side of Nam Tai 1 with the total land area of 35 ha to set up Nam Tai 2.

  • IP project. We have schedule of build up and ready for lease the RBF by end of 2015 with the design and quality of European standard and flexible leasing area range from 2,500m2 to 20,000m2. We will design and built up RBF base on your specific requirement or we will build base on our standard.
  • Long term sustainability is a goal with environmental infrastructure put in place making the Nam Tai.
  • Industrial Park a clean and green environment. Nam Tai Industrial Park is the workplace and living choice for general workers, technicians, engineers, managers and professionals.
