Broker Conference: A Platform for London Business Park to Connect with Partners

On August 7th, 2024, London Business Park (LBP) successfully hosted its annual Broker Conference. This event, comprising a series of factory tours, workshops, and tea parties, aims to foster stronger connections and exchanges between London Business Park and professional real estate brokers nationwide.

In its third year, the conference attracted over 20 real estate brokerage firms and individuals from across the country, with a total attendance of 60 people. During the workshop, representatives from London Business Park introduced the project’s current status and the development plan for Phase 3, which features modern two-story and four-story pre-built factories designed to European standards. These facilities offer flexible rental areas ranging from 800 m2 to 20,000 m2. Mr. Pham Minh Nam, Chairman of London Business Park, and the brokers engaged in open and sincere discussions about the challenges and opportunities in attracting investment to London Business Park and together explored comprehensive solutions to overcome these hurdles.
