Infrastructure construction project of Nam Tai International Company Limited, a subsidiary of the New World Fashion Group

On the afternoon of August 22nd, in the Lien Ha Thai Industrial Zone, Thai Thuy District, the comrades: Ngo Dong Hai, Member of the Central Party Executive Committee, Provincial Party Secretary; Nguyen Khac Than, Deputy Provincial Party Secretary, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee, visited and inspected the progress of the infrastructure construction project of Nam Tai International Company Limited, a subsidiary of the New World Fashion Group.

With the aim of expanding their developmental scope, following an investment survey, Nam Tai International Company Limited has chosen to invest in a project within the Lien Ha Thai Industrial Zone, covering an area of 42 hectares, with a total investment of 80 million USD. This endeavor aims to construct the largest New World Fashion design center in the Northern Area.

Following the signing of the land lease and infrastructure contract at the Lien Ha Thai Industrial Zone in early January 2022, the company promptly embarked on infrastructure construction for the project. At the moment, Phase 1 – London Business Park has been completed; Phase 2 is expected to finish 80% by December 2023; Phase 3 is projected for completion before April 30th, 2024.

This location is anticipated to be a gathering place for prominent fashion designers, producing items for the European market and countries worldwide. It will also accommodate workshops and office spaces for rent, catering to investors employing state-of-the-art technology within the Lien Ha Thai Industrial Zone.

Speaking at the inspection session, the provincial leaders acknowledged and highly praised the strong investment direction and strategy, as well as the determined efforts of the investors in overcoming challenges to ensure the project’s execution adheres to the set timeline and plans.
