Continued with the success in Nam Tai Business Park, Poyun Electronic Vietnam Limited – A current tenant of Nam Tai Business Park have decided to expand their project by leasing 2 more Ready built factories (D5 & D6) which brings their total area of 7,125 m2.
They will take over these RBF’s by 1st March 2016 with a leasing term of 6 years, which expire in 2022.
Beside Poyun, the current tenants of Nam Tai 1 Business Park also have expanding schedules due to the great customer satisfaction and ease of doing business with the Nam Tai team.
